Platform: Salesforce

Salesforce is the world’s largest CRM platform. Its own nonprofit product has been renamed twice since 2023: Nonprofit Success Pack, then Nonprofit Cloud, then Agentforce Nonprofit, reflecting a shift toward building nonprofit functionality natively into the core platform rather than as an add-on package. Independent apps and implementation partners also build dedicated nonprofit tools on top of Salesforce, which is why it shows up in this dataset both as a vendor’s own listing and as the base for several unrelated third-party products.
