Organisation & background
Enclude is an Irish charity and consultancy (not a conventional software vendor) founded in 2006 in Dublin. It has assisted a large number of Irish charities and channelled a substantial amount of donated technology through TechSoup/Salesforce.org since founding.
Functionality
Enclude – eSAFE is a Salesforce-based configuration for Irish domestic-violence services, developed with Quality Matters, Safe Ireland and sixteen domestic-violence services. It gives services a shared way to record casework and track each service user’s journey, with data-protection controls and standardised, anonymised reporting that meets funders’ requirements and can be compared across services. It is listed on Salesforce AppExchange, and Enclude says most domestic-violence services in Ireland use it.

Implementation model
Delivered and supported by Enclude’s own team. eSAFE has its own Salesforce AppExchange listing as a packaged solution, separate from Enclude’s consulting profile.
Hosting
Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy: Salesforce; inherits Salesforce’s SaaS-only hosting, with no on-premises option.
