Enclude is an Irish charity and consultancy (not a conventional software vendor) founded in 2006 in Dublin. It has assisted a large number of Irish charities and channelled a substantial amount of donated technology through TechSoup/Salesforce.org since founding.
Functionality
Enclude eService is a Salesforce-based case and service-management configuration for Irish nonprofits that deliver services directly to clients and communities. It applies the casework and funder-reporting approach of Enclude’s eSAFE package for domestic-violence services to a wider range of organisations. Enclude has built related packages for addiction, youth, rural transport, homeless and counselling services, including a shared addiction-services solution co-designed with sector bodies to support both service delivery and funder and policy reporting.
Localised features
Built to Irish sector-specific funder-reporting standards, positioned as a general service-delivery starting point rather than eSAFE’s domestic-violence-specific configuration.
Implementation model
Delivered and supported by Enclude’s own team, in the same way as eSAFE.
Hosting
Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy: Salesforce; inherits Salesforce’s SaaS-only hosting, with no on-premises option.
