Frogwell

Organisation & background

Frogwell K.K., based in Tokyo, was founded in 2010 by Naoya Kotani. It’s a general-business Salesforce partner that launched a donation-management package for NPOs in 2021, and won Salesforce’s ‘Nonprofit Partner of the Year’ award in 2019.

Functionality

Frogwell is a pre-configured donation-management layer built on top of a client’s own Salesforce org for organisations that run donation operations, delivered as consulting rather than a self-service download. It bundles donation-record management, a donor/supporter record layer, communication-history logging, project and campaign tracking, and list-view reporting with data analysis and visualisation into one configured starting point, shaped by feedback from multiple donation-operating organisations rather than a generic CRM template.

Localised features

Offers discounted implementation for Japanese NPOs, social welfare corporations, religious corporations and other public-interest corporations adopting Salesforce, including a Sales Cloud implementation for the Nippon Foundation Volunteer Center.

Implementation model

Delivered as Frogwell-led consulting/configuration on a client’s own Salesforce org; prospective clients attend a free introductory seminar rather than a self-service signup.

Hosting

Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy (customer’s own Salesforce org).
