Functionality
Axenon – AXSP is a donor CRM that Axenon built on top of Salesforce’s Nonprofit Cloud specifically for the Swedish market, developed together with around twenty Swedish nonprofits, giving fundraising organisations a single 360-degree view of each donor. It automates personalised donor communication across channels, adds case-management and live-chat support that scales as an organisation grows, and lets organisations build websites, donation forms, forums and member portals on Salesforce Experience Cloud, plus internal training via MyTrailhead.
Localised features
Named Bankgiro, Plusgiro, and Swish integration points, built specifically for Swedish fundraising requirements. It has the only concretely dated Swedish Salesforce CRM implementation found, Wikimedia Sverige, live from December 2024.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by Axenon as a consulting-led project, with Salesforce licences bought separately from Salesforce. For Wikimedia Sverige, delivery worked more like an ongoing consulting engagement than a fixed-scope build.

Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy: Inherits Salesforce’s hosting/security posture.
