GOEN DRM is built by Enishiful Consulting, Inc., based in Tokyo, established in 2019 as a spin-off of IAF Consulting’s GOEN DRM business, which began in 2015 as ‘Team GOEN’. It was still active in mid-2024.
Functionality
GOEN DRM is a Salesforce-based supporter-management app, installed as a ready-made package into a nonprofit’s own Salesforce org so that donation forms, receipt templates and dashboards work immediately rather than being built from scratch. A single supporter record centralises all contact with a person (donations, membership dues, volunteering and in-kind gifts) alongside event and enquiry management. An embeddable web donation form feeds data straight into Salesforce, email acknowledgement, receipt issuance and thank-you letters all trigger automatically from the same donation record, and standard Salesforce reporting gives chart-based supporter analytics out of the box.
Localised features
Paired with a card-payment processor, Robot Payment named as one example, the receipt flow is reported to meet the information a nintei NPO, Japan’s higher tax-benefit nonprofit status, must include on a donation receipt.
Implementation model
Delivered by ‘Team GOEN’. The same Salesforce-certified consultants and certified fundraisers who built the product handle business-process and system design directly.
Hosting
Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy: Customer’s own Salesforce org; new-object-type flexibility inherited from the underlying Salesforce platform.
