Fonteva is based in Arlington, Virginia, and has been a Togetherwork company since 2021. It’s sold as Fonteva Membership, Fonteva Events, Fonteva eCommerce and Fonteva Payments on the Salesforce AppExchange.
Functionality
Fonteva is an association management system for associations, professional societies and membership organisations, built as applications inside the customer’s own Salesforce org rather than synchronised with it. Fonteva Membership covers member records, engagement scoring, subscriptions, renewals and committees. Fonteva Events provides an event builder for ticketing, pricing, speakers and sponsors, with branded event sites and registration for anything from meetings to multi-day conferences. Fonteva eCommerce adds a branded storefront with orders, invoices and refunds, and Fonteva Payments, built on Stripe, handles transactions and financial reporting. A member community and the Spark developer framework extend it further.
Implementation model
Implementation is delivered either by Fonteva’s own team, through its ‘Success Path’ program, or by one of its certified Salesforce implementation partners, such as Aplusify or Fíonta. Admin documentation is only accessible once you are a customer.
Hosting
Runs inside your organization’s own Salesforce tenancy. Fonteva does not host it on separate infrastructure of its own.
