Organisation & background
Salesforce, Inc. develops this product. The nonprofit product line has been renamed three times since 2023: Nonprofit Success Pack (built on Sales Cloud) was superseded by Nonprofit Cloud in March 2023, then rebranded Agentforce Nonprofit in December 2025 as part of Salesforce’s wider AI/Agentforce strategy.
Functionality
Agentforce Nonprofit is Salesforce’s nonprofit product. It runs on the data model Salesforce shares across its industry products, while the older Nonprofit Success Pack remains available separately. It covers fundraising, including gift entry and planned giving, programme and case management with outcome tracking, and volunteer management, with web portals for donors, volunteers and grantees. An add-on extends it to grantmaking. AI agents can research prospects, support donors and help manage participants. Administrators can add objects and fields with Salesforce’s standard tools, and the AgentExchange marketplace adds apps for payments, ticketing and more.
Localised features
Localised features aren’t native to the core product. UK Gift Aid, for example, runs through FinDock, a third-party AppExchange app, still the standard route, rather than a Salesforce-built feature.
Implementation model
Implementation is typically delivered by outside certified partners through Salesforce’s AgentExchange network, beyond the most basic configuration. The AI-agent layer needs its own separate implementation and ongoing oversight, even for existing Salesforce customers.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor, on Salesforce’s own multi-tenant cloud. Salesforce publishes independently audited accessibility conformance reports.
