Functionality
SugarCRM (Exsitec) is a general-purpose commercial CRM, rebranded as SugarAI, that Exsitec resells to Swedish membership organisations (förening) with a light membership-specific setup. It gives a single view of each contact’s activity, history and records, with built-in AI that suggests next steps, forecasts outcomes and captures data automatically. Administrators can adjust fields, layouts and relationships in Studio and build new modules in Module Builder. A separate product, Sugar Market, handles marketing-automation campaigns, and the member register connects to newsletters and segmented member lists.

Exsitec was named Visma’s Partner of the Year in 2023 across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team. Exsitec is a full-service Nordic IT partner spanning ERP, CRM, and BI. A membership organisation choosing SugarAI through Exsitec is typically sold into a broader multi-product relationship, rather than a narrow, single-product engagement.
