myDonor Società Benefit has roughly 30 years in Italian nonprofit software, with offices in Milan, Rome, Bologna, Madrid and London. It has a substantial client base, offered as a scaled product family: Green, myDonor NX, and theRaiser.
Functionality
myDonor is an Italian fundraising and finance suite sold as a family of products that share one database, so organisations can move to a larger product without migrating data. Fundraising & CRM covers individual giving and campaigns, with a Sostegno a Distanza module for international sponsorships, including field-office and sponsor-app support. Finance & Controlling runs general and analytic accounting in parallel with Qlik-based analytics, and communication tools are included.
Localised features
Finance & Controlling is stated as aligned with Italy’s ETS reform statutory financial-reporting requirements, reconciled against MAE/EU funder-reporting schemas. Multi-language localisation, Italian, Spanish/Catalan, English, Polish, extends coverage beyond Italy.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by myDonor, which also contracts assistance, maintenance and cloud hosting directly with customers. A customer community formed in 2012 holds periodic conventions for peer support.
Hosting
Vendor-hosted cloud or on-premises, both with a web interface.
