Organisation & background
MRM, Member Relationship Management, is the main product of HumanSoftware Co., Ltd., based in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and launched in 2008. The vendor describes a large base of Korean nonprofit users.
Functionality
MRM is a Korean donor and member CRM that keeps every type of contact in one system: prospective and current donors, volunteers, event attendees, subscribers, partner organisations and service users. Search and filtering are paired with an automatic history of every entry and edit, and each user can customise screens. Recorded calls are filed as consent evidence for CMS direct debits, and unlimited campaign donation pages sync with the system in real time. It handles CMS and simple-pay payments, NTS-compliant receipts, SMS and KakaoTalk messaging with rule-based triggers, role-based access and a public Open API.
Localised features
Supports CMS direct debit plus Kakao Pay, Toss Pay, Payco, and Naver Pay ‘simple payment’ via MRMWeb. Batch donation-receipt issuance from NTS, Korea’s National Tax Service, feeds Korea’s year-end tax-settlement simplification, 연말정산간소화, submission file, alongside public-interest-corporation contributed-property reporting data, and complies with PIPA, Korea’s data-protection law.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: Package software downloaded via the vendor’s own portal, with a named-owner support model extending into setup.
Hosting
Core MRM is installed package software, while the MRMWeb and MRMMobile donor-facing pages are cloud-hosted.
