Ifunds Germany GmbH, based in Cologne, is part of the Netherlands-based Ifunds Group B.V. It’s a Deutscher Fundraising Verband (German Fundraising Association) Premium Partner.
Functionality
Ifunds Engage 365 (Germany) is a nonprofit CRM for membership associations (Verein), built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, which Ifunds markets as an independent replacement for Microsoft’s retiring Fundraising and Engagement module. Its modules cover fundraising, with receipting, campaign responses and court-fine donations; campaign marketing automation; project and fund management; analytics; member administration; and court-fine case administration with reporting to regional courts. A separate Grant Management product is available, Microsoft 365 Copilot helps draft and summarise, and configurable dashboards give each team its own view. Ifunds also offers an outsourced donor-administration service.
Localised features
A dedicated Fines module supports Oberlandesgericht, regional higher court, annual reporting for Geldauflagen, court-ordered donations paid in lieu of prosecution. An outsourced donation-posting, donor-administration, and campaign-management service line parallels the GFS/activeDONOR pattern.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: Full-service delivery from demo through post-launch support, supplemented by a named specialist-partner layer for data protection and document automation.
Hosting
Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy: SaaS delivery on Microsoft’s Dynamics 365/Azure/Power Platform ecosystem.
