Functionality
CGI – Medlemssystem is a Dynamics 365-based membership CRM that CGI adapts for member organisations such as political parties, trade unions, professional bodies, universities and sports clubs, replacing older self-built systems with one central place for member data. It tracks each member’s tier and role within the organisation, including which elected or trusted positions someone holds and for how long, gives an overview of monthly donors with their Autogiro payments, one-off gifts and running totals, handles donation and payroll administration, and drives personalised member communication through Marketing Automation.

Hosting
Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy (inherits Dynamics 365/Azure hosting).
