This donor- and member-facing CRM suite comes from Ifunds Group B.V., based in Nieuwegein and founded in 1994. It has transitioned from on-premise to full cloud/SaaS delivery, and is built on the same Microsoft Dynamics 365 foundation as Ifunds’s Grant Management product.
Functionality
Ifunds Engage 365 (Netherlands) is a donor/member CRM suite of four connected products: Fundraising (trigger-based donor journeys, multi-channel campaigns, a real-time results dashboard), Members (a complete member view supporting recruitment, membership, and one-off/recurring donation processes), Campaign (self-service audience selection and campaign monitoring, running on Azure/Synapse Analytics), and PME (project management and evaluation, built to the IATI reporting standard, always sold alongside Fundraising and/or Members rather than standalone).
Localised features
A named Dutch broadcasting-sector case, BNNVARA, a Dutch public broadcaster; an international-development case built to the IATI aid-transparency standard, involving Edukans; a customer ‘User Group’ feeding product development; and Microsoft’s ‘Long term retained data’ mechanism, adopted to manage rising storage costs at scale.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: A named 2020 Aidsfonds migration stretched from an expected two months to four; Ifunds’s own stated philosophy favours standard configuration over custom development.
Hosting
Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy: Inherits Microsoft’s Azure/Dynamics 365 hosting and compliance framework.
