Spain’s software market splits into a small nonprofit-CRM sector and a much larger world of public-sector and general-business software, since many Spanish nonprofits deliver contracted social services rather than running their own fundraising operation.

Several case-management systems are built primarily for town councils and provincial administrations rather than for charities.
