Organisation & background
AssoConnect SA, based in Paris, was founded in 2014 by Arnaud de La Taille, Pierre Grateau and Sylvain Fabre, and acquired by team.blue in May 2025. It’s marketed as Springly in North America, with a large customer base of associations served.
Functionality
AssoConnect is an all-in-one management platform for French associations covering membership, donations, ticketing, an online shop, accounting and a website builder in one subscription. Communauté CRM has Contacts and Structures record types, and custom fields propagate automatically across every form. Simple and paid Advanced groups support federated multi-entity structures with consolidated accounting, and there’s a native regulated business bank account, Compte Pro, run on the e-money institution Swan under ACPR supervision. An early-access, trigger-only Zapier integration exists, alongside a CRM-only API gated to the top plan and issued only on written request.
Localised features
Accounting is built to the French nonprofit chart of accounts, règlement ANC n°2018-06, issued by ANC, France’s accounting standards authority. Linxo-based bank-feed reconciliation covers France, Belgium, and the US, with a self-service, one-click reconnection flow for the periodic interruptions the vendor’s own help centre documents as routine rather than a sustained outage. Compte Pro operates under supervision from ACPR, France’s banking and insurance regulator.
Implementation model
Self-service: Optional paid training sessions and a demo call.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor.
