Functionality
Nextware Pro is a modular CRM, accounting and fundraising system for Italian nonprofits, giving accounting, membership and fundraising equal weight. Member registration posts fee income straight to the accounts, and donations from the fundraising module, with pledges, campaigns and automated thank-yous, can be posted to both general accounts and earmarked projects. Further modules cover training, management control, documents, fixed assets, inventory and multi-channel communication. A Banchetto Digitale service, developed jointly with Metadonors, gives donors at in-person stands an instant receipt and access to a donor portal. Integrations include Brevo, MailUp and iRaiser.
Localised features
Flexibly handles Italy’s simplified, ordinary, and financial accounting regimes, with automatic institutional/commercial activity split. A named joint feature exists with fellow Italian vendor Metadonors/Donodoo for in-person giving.

Delivered directly by the vendor. A consultative, vendor-guided selection and implementation process, including bespoke customisation on request.
