NP Solutions was founded in 2012 and has four Italian offices, in Bologna, Saronno, Florence and Rome. It presents itself around its founding team’s values rather than venture backing.
Functionality
NP Solutions is a modular Italian fundraising suite in which GIVE, the donor CRM, and MYOSOTIS, the digital-fundraising platform, are linked in real time, so every online donation reaches GIVE without re-entry. GIVE covers donor data, relationship tracking, campaign analysis and newsletters, with a one-to-one module for major-donor and legacy pipelines and RFM segmentation. MYOSOTIS supports in-person Tap2Pay giving through a companion app and Italian payment methods including Satispay. NPSQUARE handles accounting, Finance Hub covers treasury and payment integration, and further tools add analytics and timesheets, and Myosotis PRO adds an integrated digital till for on-site donations and receipts.
Localised features
Publishes and maintains a dedicated ‘Utility 5×1000’ tool covering historical 5×1000 data, Italy’s tax-designation scheme, for a very large number of beneficiary organisations since 2006, alongside regular published analysis of 5×1000 trends, reflecting deep specialisation in this scheme specifically, beyond the core CRM/accounting product.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: Consulting and training are named as core, not optional, parts of the offering; MYOSOTIS is self-configurable once set up.
