Organisation & background
This UK Microsoft Solutions Partner, formerly m-hance, was acquired by SilverTree Equity in 2025. It has a substantial customer base and was named Microsoft Nonprofit Partner of the Year in 2023. It trades as mhance Nonprofit Core, having previously been called NfP 365.
Functionality
mhance Nonprofit Core, also marketed as NfP 365, is a CRM for UK and Irish charities built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Nonprofit Common Data Model, extended with mhance’s own charity-specific entities and process flows. It covers supporter and relationship management across donors, volunteers and stakeholders; donations, campaigns, appeals, sponsorships and regular giving; consent and communication preferences; fundraising events; and programme and service tracking. A paired Business Central deployment handles nonprofit finance. Guided process flows can enforce service steps, such as a five-day first-contact target for referrals, and emails sent through Outlook are tracked against records.
Localised features
UK-specific extensions handle Gift Aid processing, Direct Debit management, and payment processing, with automatic Gift Aid eligibility identification and an audit step from HMRC, the UK’s tax authority, before submission.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: Mhance is itself the implementation layer; timelines range from days for light-touch accelerator builds to a longer consultative build for Enterprise deployments.
Hosting
Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy: Inherits Microsoft’s Azure/Dynamics 365 hosting and compliance framework.
