Functionality

myCharity is a donation-management extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, built as a sub-ledger fully integrated into the general ledger rather than a bolt-on reporting add-on, so donation processing shares the same database and posting logic as the rest of an organisation’s finance system. Named capabilities include automated dispatch of printed materials, acknowledgement letters and tax receipts, Swiss QR-bill payment-slip processing, donation pledges, seminar/course administration, a donor-rating/scoring model, project-designated donation tracking, and membership administration (extending well beyond pure donation bookkeeping into a broader nonprofit back office).
