Mayasoft

Organisation & background

Mayasoft is Australian-owned, based in Brisbane and Adelaide, with Sydney and Melbourne datacentre options. It’s positioned differently from Klevr in the ANZ Dynamics accelerator market. Klevr focuses on donor and fundraising work, while Mayasoft also markets a separate Dynamics-based Aged Care Solution (MACS).

Functionality

Mayasoft is an Australian-built Dynamics 365 accelerator aimed less at fundraising and more at compliance (helping disability, aged-care and community-services providers meet the reporting demands of Australian government funding programmes). It supports DEX (the Data Exchange used by DSS-funded programmes), the Commonwealth Home Support Programme’s aged-care intake process, and NDIS provider workflows, alongside governance evidence for the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, including field-level security and audit trails a board can rely on. Mayasoft also sells a related but separate Dynamics 365 product, an Aged Care Solution, for organisations working specifically in that sector.

Localised features

Purpose-built for Australian government-funding compliance regimes: DEX, Data Exchange, the federal community-services reporting system; CHSP, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme; NDIS, Australia’s disability-funding scheme; and ACNC, the charity regulator, reporting. Sydney/Melbourne datacentres are the default specifically for government-funded Australian workloads.

Implementation model

Delivered directly by Mayasoft Solutions, an Australian-owned Dynamics 365 partner working only with nonprofits, which implements and supports the accelerator itself, including data migration, role-based training and ongoing support.

Hosting

Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy: Dynamics 365, Sydney/Melbourne datacentre options for government-funded workloads.
