GOB Software & Systeme GmbH & Co. KG, based in Krefeld, Germany, was founded in 1965. It has been a Microsoft ERP partner since 1997, is a certified Microsoft Solutions Partner, and has a large team and a long track record of projects.
Functionality
unitop is GOB’s industry software on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for membership organisations, professional chambers, academies and fundraising organisations. Packages sit on a Basis package: membership management, with dues billing that reverses and rebills automatically when a membership type changes; Kammer, for the employment and company records that professional chambers such as doctors’ or architects’ chambers keep; fundraising, with campaign and donation management; and Akademie, covering the full seminar lifecycle from templates to pre- and post-event budgeting. Committees, sub-committees and working groups can also be managed.
Localised features
Fee-management with duplicate-charge detection across billing contexts. Tracks Kammer-specific, German professional-chamber, employment and structure information, and handles Bußgeld, court-ordered fine donations, and Erbschaft, legacy/bequest, income within Fundraising.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by GOB in Germany; RIB Cosinus is a named regional implementation partner for Switzerland and Austria only.
Hosting
Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy: Business Central cloud via the “unitop 365”/Azure bundle, or on-premises.
