Klevr Fundraising is built by Walkerscott, a Microsoft Solutions Partner active across Australia, New Zealand and ASEAN, and a Fundraising Institute of Australia supplier member. It was unveiled in early 2025 and launched shortly after, positioned directly against the end-of-2026 retirement of Microsoft’s own native Fundraising & Engagement module.
Functionality
Klevr Fundraising is a donor CRM built on Microsoft Dataverse for large ANZ nonprofits already invested in the Microsoft ecosystem, integrating natively with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365/Copilot and Xero. It offers campaign management with donor segmentation and real-time performance analysis, marketing automation for donor journeys, PCI-compliant payment processing, and real-time reporting. It’s one product within a wider Klevr Apps family (Grants, Contracts, Members, Portals) sharing the same Dataverse foundation, so data flows between them without separate integration work.
Implementation model
Delivered by Walkerscott, Klevr’s Dynamics 365 partner, which provides training, dedicated support and managed services. Go-live typically takes six to ten weeks under Walkerscott’s Ascent rapid-deployment framework.
Hosting
Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy (Dynamics 365/Dataverse), with flexible server-location options marketed to support Australian/New Zealand data-residency compliance, while still running on Microsoft Cloud infrastructure.
