CAMP 365

Organisation & background

ComputerCamp A/S is part of the Volaris Group, with over 30 years in the sector. Danmarks Marineforening, with 75 local chapters, moved to CAMP 365 from ComputerCamp’s earlier CAMPonline product in 2020.

Functionality

CAMP 365 is a membership/CRM add-on built directly on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, rather than a standalone application (meaning an organisation adopting it is, in effect, adopting Business Central with a purpose-built membership layer). It’s packaged by industry vertical (trade union/federation, trade/employer association, or voluntary association/NGO), with five functional areas (administration, communication, reporting, GDPR-aware case handling, and member self-service) plus a separate event module and website product line. Native Microsoft 365/Teams integration and a documented local-chapter self-service access model reduce central-secretariat workload for federated organisations.

Localised features

Supports Danish payment methods through its FarPay integration: MobilePay, MobilePay Subscriptions, MobilePay Invoice, Dankort, Denmark’s national debit card, and FI-kort, a Danish giro payment card. It also integrates with NemID, Denmark’s national digital ID, and DAWA, the official address-validation service.

Implementation model

A self-service free trial is available via Microsoft AppSource. Full implementation is delivered by CAMP 365’s own in-house consultants, including on-site training and workshops.

Hosting

Runs inside your organization’s own Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central environment, which you license separately.
