Vereinsplaner markets itself as the ‘#1 All-in-One Vereinssoftware in Österreich’ (association software in Austria), with a large number of Vereine (associations) across Austria and the wider German-speaking region using the product. It’s delivered as a combined web app plus a free companion mobile app.
Functionality
Vereinsplaner is a cloud club-administration and communication platform for Austrian and other German-speaking associations, with a web application for boards and a free mobile app that members use to see events, news and their own membership and payment status. It stores unlimited member records, with configurable groups and sections, role-based permissions for trainers, team captains and register managers, and a digital join form. Fees are collected by SEPA direct debit, and the finance module offers a cash book, chart of accounts, payment tracking and reports for treasurers and auditors. Scheduling with attendance, club chat, inventory and polls are included.
Localised features
Automatically generates a legally compliant digital Spendenbescheinigung, Austrian donation tax-deduction certificate, in a few clicks, alongside invoicing, positioned as ‘rechtssicher,’ legally sound, for Austrian associations.
Implementation model
Self-service sign-up, with an onboarding flow for sports clubs affiliated with ASVÖ.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor, hosted in Germany via a named German hosting partner (see Localised Features).
