Organisation & background
PROUNIX GmbH, based in Bonn, Germany, specialises exclusively in funding-management (Fördermittelmanagement) software, developed in collaboration with Aktion Mensch Stiftung. It’s a member of the Bundesverband Deutscher Stiftungen (German Foundations Association).
Functionality
PROANDI is a SaaS grant-management platform covering the full funding lifecycle (digital application capture, multi-stage review with distinct first- and second-reviewer roles, committee decision-making via a dedicated Sitzungs-App, and approval-through-drawdown-through-proof-of-use tracking) sold in three tiers (easy, plus, solution) from a standard configuration up to a fully bespoke build. It’s explicitly designed to sit alongside an organisation’s existing systems rather than replace them: a named Business Central integration hands booking-relevant events straight to the customer’s own accounting system, and impact and outcome indicators can be built into the application process itself.
Localised features
All data is hosted in Germany. Accessibility, Barrierefreiheit, is a founding design principle, developed in cooperation with Aktion Mensch, described as the market leader in private/social funding (Fördermittel) in Germany.
