Functionality
syprof is configurable administration software for foundations, relief organisations and federations, including multi-tier structures with any number of regional and local associations under one umbrella, where one person can hold membership and roles in several at once. Member data covers contribution rates, payment methods and multiple addresses. Its Projektverwaltung module brings each funding case, from request and application through approval to payment, into one continuous workflow, which can start with an online form on the organisation’s website. A MIPS business-intelligence module and integration with windream document management are also available.
Localised features
Generates German donation tax receipts, Zuwendungsbestätigungen, and collects SEPA direct debits, including SEPA file generation and pre-notifications.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team, via a personal, TeamViewer-based demo and consultation. The vendor states that once implemented, day-to-day configuration needs neither programming knowledge nor external help.
Hosting
Not clearly specified whether it’s on-premises or cloud-hosted. A separate Web-Portal companion product can run independently, at a different location.
