GiveLife365 is built by Alphavima Technologies, a long-established Canadian IT consulting firm and Microsoft Partner. It introduced GiveLife365 in 2018 alongside a separate equipment-rental product, PREXA365, on the same Microsoft stack.
Functionality
GiveLife365 is a Canadian nonprofit/charity CRM built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, organised into six modules. Donor management covers profiles, interaction tracking, automated receipts and reminders, and moves management, while volunteer management covers recruitment, onboarding, publishing opportunities, bulk scheduling, attendance and recognition. Membership management handles plans and automated renewals, and further modules cover events, case management and Power BI impact dashboards. A low-code portal builder lets organisations create donation or event-registration microsites without a developer, and it integrates with payment gateways and marketing-automation tools.
Localised features
Configured for Canada Revenue Agency requirements, including T3010 annual charity filing, GST/HST charitable rebates and CRA-compliant tax receipts, with bilingual French and English reporting for organisations receiving federal funding.
Implementation model
Delivered by Alphavima directly; training via documentation, live online sessions, in-person delivery and video.
Hosting
Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy (Dynamics 365/Power Platform/Dataverse).
