Functionality
FÖMIS is an online grant-management platform built around a two-sided view of a funding relationship: a Zuwendungsmanager module for the funder (programme design, multi-stage review, disbursement) and a Digitale Förderakte module for the recipient (application through to proof-of-use reporting), covering both sides of the relationship where many competing products only address one. The two can be digitally linked so co-financing shares and budget data flow automatically between funder and recipient rather than being re-entered twice, letting an organisation combine its own internal funding pots with external co-financing partners in one process.
Localised features
Public-sector and foundation customers, including the Bundesamt für Naturschutz, the City of Munich and the Bavarian State Ministry for Environment, use FÖMIS to manage Verwendungsnachweis, the proof of fund use German funding law requires from grant recipients, from application through disbursement to closeout.
Implementation model
A full lifecycle service: consulting, development, hosting and support, delivered in-house by deborate. A distinct ‘Projektträgerschaft’ service goes beyond standard support.
