Efficy SA is a Belgian company based near Brussels, founded in 2005. It has grown through acquisition (including the French E-deal CRM line in 2018) and is backed by private equity, with customers across multiple countries.
Functionality
Efficy CRM is a configurable European CRM platform with an association and nonprofit line, E-deal, covering contact management, donations, campaigns and service ticketing. A single contact database holds members, patrons and donors, with donations, payments and direct debits administered together and the benefits given in return for gifts tracked. Custom objects and fields extend it, campaigns are segmented and automated across channels, and AI features provide predictive scoring, sentiment analysis and task automation.
Localised features
Generates French tax-deductible donation receipts, reçu fiscal.
Implementation model
Delivered directly or through named regional/certified partners, e.g. Saturn by Universem, Cibeo Consulting. Efficy doesn’t describe a distinct nonprofit-specific implementation process — the same approach applies to its commercial customers too.
Hosting
EU-hosted multi-tenant or single-tenant SaaS, or on-premises on the customer’s own servers.
