Organisation & background
Asso360 comes from Gruppo Buffetti, a 19th-century Italian stationery house that was acquired into the Dylog Italia software group in the mid-2000s. Asso360 itself was folded into the group around 2021, and has a large customer base among associations and accountants.
Functionality
Asso360 is a cloud accounting and compliance platform for small Italian associations, sold and supported through Buffetti’s national network of local franchise stores. It covers cash-ledger accounting, a digital statutory members’ register, membership and subscription registration, branded payment receipts, statutory financial statements, activity reporting and SDI e-invoicing, with an awards-tracking feature for sports clubs. The association’s accountant works in the same environment as a full user rather than receiving documents from outside.
Localised features
Framed around Italy’s simplified-accounting revenue threshold for non-commercial entities, a specific tax rule under DPR 600/1973 Article 18, a type of Italian government decree, alongside general statutory reporting and e-invoicing support.
Implementation model
Sold and supported through Buffetti’s network of local franchise stores rather than a central team, so service can vary by location.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor.
