Functionality
Assimplo is a membership and compliance platform for small Italian associations, sports clubs and volunteer organisations, offered mainly through a law firm that bundles it with its association-formation service. It covers member registration and online enrolment, activity sign-up, deadline tracking for each member such as medical certificates and renewals, meeting minutes and constitutional documents, invoicing and receipts, and automatic financial statements, with a shared calendar and cloud document storage. Several staff can work under separate accounts on the same licence, which the vendor highlights.
Localised features
Markets itself specifically to associations registered under RUNTS, Italy’s national register for Terzo Settore, third-sector, organisations, and covers accounting, minute-taking and communications for them. The vendor’s own guidance material addresses RUNTS financial-statement filing.
