Memberlytic

Organisation & background

Memberlytic Pte Ltd, based in Kaki Bukit, Singapore, built this product for the Singapore market, with secondary marketing reach into Malaysia, the Philippines and Australia. A dedicated Philippines configuration of the same product is marketed into that market specifically, with its own local compliance features (see Localised Features).

Functionality

Memberlytic is a cloud membership platform for Singapore associations, clubs, charities, gyms, coworking spaces and alumni groups. Each person has one profile covering membership status, donations, volunteer hours and event attendance. Organisations can create any number of membership tiers, including corporate memberships with several nominees, and renewal reminders, automatic charges and payment retries run on a set schedule. Members get a self-service portal and digital cards, and events support member pricing, waitlists and QR check-in. Segmented email, onboarding automations and an optional website builder are included, and the vendor says it flags members at risk of lapsing.

Localised features

In Singapore: PayNow and GIRO payments alongside Stripe; PDPA consent, access-request handling, audit logging and in-region hosting; and receipting for Institutions of a Public Character that generates the IRAS tax-submission file and prepares Charity Portal annual-return data. In the Philippines: BIR donee receipting and reporting, DSWD and PCNC accreditation exports, Data Privacy Act tooling, GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet and Dragonpay payments, donations tracked against programme spend, civic-service volunteer hours, and a typhoon volunteer-mobilisation mode.

Implementation model

Self-service: the vendor performs data migration itself with a stated ~3-working-day go-live timeline for basic setup. More complex automation configuration is offered separately as a professional-services engagement, with quoted timelines of 2 to 8 weeks depending on complexity.

Hosting

Cloud-hosted by the vendor: In-region Singapore hosting stated for the core platform, including the Philippines configuration.
