Organisation & background
infoodle Ltd, based in Tauranga/Mt Maunganui, New Zealand, with a London office, has a substantial customer base of charities and nonprofits across NZ, the UK and Australia, serving churches, youth and family services, health and disability organisations, and general charities.
Functionality
infoodle is a cloud CRM from New Zealand for charities, churches and nonprofits, bringing contacts, fundraising, events and reporting together. Each contact, whether a person, organisation or household, has one engagement history covering relationships, notes, giving and event participation, and custom fields extend these records. Campaigns track goals, pledges and money raised across simultaneous appeals, and a drag-and-drop form builder with conditional logic feeds submissions into contact profiles. Workflows send thank-you emails, receipts and tax acknowledgements as soon as a gift arrives, and it also covers volunteers, church and youth-group needs, document storage, statements and pledges.
Localised features
A UK Gift Aid module covers Gift Aid, the Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme and electronic submission to HMRC, the UK’s tax authority. Supports multiple currencies and regional configuration for the UK, New Zealand and Australia.
Implementation model
Self-service, with optional onboarding and professional services and a 14-day trial whose data carries over.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor, hosted on AWS in a region close to each client’s base. Two-factor authentication is enforced by default for all users, and daily backups are kept for at least 14 days across two physical locations.
