Functionality
CURSOR CRM is a general CRM and business-process platform with a vertical for German membership associations (Verein). It holds address, contact, member and activity records with a full member history, and modules add dues billing and collection, committee management and event management. Target groups can be built from the whole member and prospect base in a few clicks, built-in evaluations highlight where action is needed, and a separate analysis module supports deeper reporting. Associations can also model their own workflows and automate standard processes.
Localised features
One named deployment, the Bundesverband deutscher Banken, Germany’s association of banks, is described as a ‘Made in Germany,’ data-protection-compliant cloud CRM hosted in a German data centre.
Implementation model
Delivered by ECOPLAN, CURSOR’s sales and implementation partner for associations for over ten years, rather than directly by CURSOR.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor, with at least one deployment in a German data centre.
