Organisation & background
PT Citra Niaga Teknologi, based in Bandung, Indonesia, has 12 years building zakat management systems for national LAZ institutions. Named clients include BAZNAS Jabar, Rumah Zakat and Rumah Wakaf, corroborated by independent press coverage.
Functionality
ZAINS is an integrated zakat/infaq/sedekah/waqf collection, distribution and PSAK-109 accounting platform for established Indonesian zakat institutions, sold as two synchronised components: a web-crowdfunding donation layer, usable on a client’s own domain, and a financial/accounting application. Donor and donation management aims to convert one-off givers into repeat donors, and beneficiary/distribution management automatically records every collection-and-distribution transaction into reports without administrators needing to search separately for recipients. A daily-journal feature groups high-frequency transactions rather than posting each one manually, financial reports generate automatically but remain user-modifiable, and SMS-notification messaging fires after each transaction.
Localised features
Complies with PSAK 109, Indonesia’s national accounting standard for zakat, and sends SMS notifications with masked sender IDs for Indonesian institutions.
