Youday SAS, based in Nantes, France, was incorporated in 2016 and is developed by Apogea, the group also behind the Karlia CRM.
Functionality
Youday CRM is a French no-code CRM, not specific to nonprofits, that Youday’s own team configures for associations, foundations and federations. Fields, views and filters are set up spreadsheet-style, and the vendor says new tables and tabs can be added without software development. The association setup links members, donations, patrons and interactions to each contact and generates membership cards, tax receipts and direct-debit mandates automatically, and a patronage database for foundations offers RFM-style segmentation. It connects to a separate donation-collection tool rather than taking donations itself.
Localised features
Automatically generates a French fiscal attestation and direct-debit mandate populated from member records. A referenced but undocumented ‘gestion fédération,’ federation-management, multi-entity capability also exists.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: Configure-to-order: the vendor’s own team implements the customer-defined feature set on the CRM rather than the customer self-configuring.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor, hosted with OVHcloud and Scaleway, both French providers.
