Organisation & background
Verito Informatisering, based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, was founded in 1998. It is a small Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central partner with long-serving staff, delivering industry modules for charities, membership associations, arts centres and training providers.
Functionality
Verito is a set of industry modules built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials, which supplies CRM, finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, project management and dashboards. Verito Non-profit covers donor and member administration, campaign analysis, RFM segmentation, a structured thank-you procedure, legacies and project-grant applications. Verito Contract handles contract management for membership associations, with pricing agreements, renewal alerts and automated direct-debit collection. The vendor also highlights a graphical planning board and a web connector that feeds volunteer and self-service portals.
Localised features
Named long-tenured Dutch nonprofit customers include Vogelbescherming Nederland (BirdLife), Nationaal Fonds Kinderhulp, and Apostolisch Genootschap. A NAV-to-Business-Central migration case is described as going ‘according to plan and within budget’. Beyond general membership-contract handling, no Dutch-specific tax or regulatory feature is included.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by Verito, which is itself the Microsoft Dynamics partner. Sales are led by the vendor, with no self-service sign-up or trial, and customers describe long, closely consultative relationships.
Hosting
Runs inside your organization’s own third-party platform tenancy (Dynamics 365 Business Central).
