VERIF!CO is operated by Terzo Settore Digitale S.R.L. – Società Benefit as the solution of Italy’s network of volunteer-support centres, the CSVs, most of which are named as partners. A 2025 CSVnet and Terzo Settore Digitale announcement presented it as a national initiative across the CSV network.
Functionality
VERIF!CO is a compliance and accounting platform for small and mid-sized Italian nonprofits. It records associates, volunteers and governing bodies, and runs cash-basis or double-entry accounting on a chart of accounts that follows the statutory structure at the top level and can be customised below it. Projects are tracked with Gantt charts, and ledger entries can be tagged to fundraising campaigns and 5×1000 income for statutory reporting.
Localised features
RUNTS, Italy’s national nonprofit register, ready PDF/A statutory statements match Ministerial Decree formats, Modello A/B/D, with dedicated 5×1000 reporting including multi-year and carryover tracking. A digital volunteer-register aligns with Cantiere Terzo Settore guidance.
Implementation model
Self-service: A public tiered rate card gated by organisational income and legal-personality status; paid “VERIF!CO Con Te” training/support add-on.
