TeamSystem S.p.A., based in Pesaro, was founded in 1979 and is one of Italy’s largest business-software groups. Terzo Settore in Cloud sits in its Associazioni vertical, with a large nonprofit client base.
Functionality
TeamSystem – Terzo Settore in Cloud is an accounting-led compliance and membership platform, sold as a self-service SaaS product with a free trial and also marketed directly to accountants, who can administer several client organisations from one login. It maintains member, volunteer, and collaborator registers with digital statutory registers, collects fees and recurring donations with automatic receipting through its own TS Pay payment layer, and runs simplified or double-entry bookkeeping with cost centres and asset depreciation. A self-service member web portal, course/camp administration, and bulk communications round out the offering, and its four plan tiers are directly tied to which Italian accounting regime an organisation follows.
Localised features
Produces the reclassified statutory financial statements for RUNTS, Italy’s national third-sector register, under the simplified or ordinary accounting regime. A federated ‘Enti in Rete’ solution serves national bodies with local sections, with one-way contact sync to MailUp.
