Organisation & background
STB Goede Doelen was formerly Stb Automatisering & Advies, based in Houten, Netherlands, trading for more than 25 years. It entered the charity market in 2011, and was acquired by the French Eudonet Group in 2019 and rebranded Eudonet Stb.
Functionality
STB Goede Doelen is a donor-CRM and destination-of-funds suite for Dutch charities, tracking one-off gifts, long-running pledges, major gifts, collection income, chargebacks, direct debits and sponsorship against donor, campaign and collection-area records. A freely configurable (‘vrij in te richten’) gift-administration process is included, alongside a Doelbesteding module covering the full grant/subsidy lifecycle from application to phased payout, a Nalatenschappen legacies module handling relationship, document and property tracking, and a CollecteWeb door-to-door/street-collection portal.
Localised features
CollecteWeb supports the regulated Dutch door-to-door collection schedule, managed through Stichting Collecteplan and CBF, the Dutch charity regulator, with iDEAL QR-code doorstep giving, used by the Nederlandse Hartstichting through CM.com. Automatic direct debits, incasso, integrate with financial administration, and the Leger des Heils uses it for legacies.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: No self-service signup; a structured scoping–quote–realisation–go-live sequence run directly by Eudonet Stb’s own team.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor in Previder’s green-certified Dutch data centre.
