It tracks online and offline donations, memberships and product sales, schedules recurring direct debits on fixed or donor-chosen dates, and generates tax receipts automatically. RFMC campaign analysis and a donor retention table support deeper analysis, alongside workflow automation and segmentation by manual tags and dynamic segments. Consent flags support GDPR, and integrations include GiveXpert, HelloAsso, Shopify, AssoConnect, Intersa and Koalect.
