Functionality
goodNPO is a modular CRM/ERP for Swiss membership associations (Verein), positioned by its vendor as combining donor and member records with business operations rather than contact management alone, so invoices, payments and debtor management sit alongside the CRM layer. Named modules cover full A-to-Z membership administration and invoicing, multilingual event management with web integration, fundraising and donation management (including automated year-end tax-deductible receipts), a member web portal, and payments (via the companion Good Pay product, supporting TWINT, Swiss QR-bill and SEPA). Graduated, role-based approval controls govern who can view, edit or approve records across every module.
Localised features
Designed to meet the revised Swiss Data Protection Act, revDSG, and GDPR, with TWINT, a Swiss mobile-payment app, and Swiss QR-bill payments, and data hosted on Swiss servers.
Implementation model
