Functionality
ForeningsAdministrator is a cloud administration system for Danish associations and clubs, with a variant for housing cooperatives. Its four main areas are a home dashboard with calendar, internal messaging, file sharing and an audit history; members; dues invoicing and payment registration; and accounting. Accounting comes in three levels: simple income and expenses, standard bookkeeping, and RegnskabPro, an approved standard bookkeeping system with automatic posting rules by member type, netbank import and e-invoicing. Add-on modules cover a member portal, card and MobilePay payments, events and sign-up forms.
Localised features
RegnskabPro is required by Danish bookkeeping law for associations with commercial turnover above a set threshold. Supports SAF-T export for auditor or migration use, plus Betalingsservice, Danish direct debit, and MobilePay integrations.

Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor: Danish hosting provider stated; a data-processing agreement is signed with each customer.
