ForeningLet

Organisation & background

ForeningLet has a substantial number of associations onboarded, with named vertical configurations for homeowners’ associations, fitness and training centres, sports clubs, and water-utility cooperatives.

Functionality

ForeningLet is a browser-based system for Danish associations, organised around activities, typed as groups, memberships, events or classes and grouped under departments, with up to 20 custom member fields. It offers mass invoicing that varies by member type and prorates by join date, and bookkeeping to Danish standards with bank-transaction import and voucher storage. Members use a self-service portal and mobile app, with attendance and squad tools for instructors. Facility and court booking for sports such as tennis, padel and badminton connects to door access control tied to payment status.

Localised features

A workflow for child-safety criminal-record checks, børneattester, for coaches and instructors, with police-portal CSV export and certificate logging. Supports Betalingsservice, Danish direct debit, Dankort, MobilePay and EAN invoicing for public institutions, and the bookkeeping module is registered with the Danish Business Authority, Erhvervsstyrelsen.

Implementation model

Delivered directly by the vendor after a self-service trial. An onboarding service imports members, teams and dues categories from a customer spreadsheet, and phone and email support is included.

Hosting

Cloud-hosted by the vendor, browser-based.
