1CRM Systems Corp., based in Canada, was founded in 1997 and acquired by Portage CyberTech in 2022. German delivery runs through visual4 GmbH in Stuttgart, trading as 1CRM DACH. It has a large worldwide customer base.
Functionality
1CRM Verbandslösung is a general CRM platform with a dedicated German association vertical layered on top, covering unified member files, self-service field customisation, dues billing with SEPA collection and DATEV export, donation receipting, seminar/training administration with automated mail-merge, committee/role tracking, and multi-tenancy for managing a linked charitable and commercial entity (e.g. an e.V. and its trading GmbH) together in one instance. A REST API is available from the Professional edition upward for further integration.
Localised features
Generates SEPA direct-debit files and DATEV exports for German accounting, and issues legally compliant donation receipts by email, supported by extensive German-language documentation.
Implementation model
Delivered by a third-party partner: Visual4/1CRM DACH is the sole German distribution and implementation partner.
Hosting
You can choose: vendor-hosted (SaaS) or self-hosted. Visual4’s own Stuttgart data centre, customer self-hosting, or a one-time per-user licence purchase.
