WindDoc No-Profit

Organisation & background

GMV Software S.R.L.S., based in Rimini, Italy, is a very small developer founded by a computer-engineering graduate who built WindDoc No-Profit after several years as a web-agency and in-house programmer. It’s also behind sibling products WindDoc and WindDoctor.

Functionality

WindDoc No-Profit is a cloud membership and compliance platform for Italian third-sector organisations, with navigation organised around eight association types so each sees relevant terms and modules. Members enrol and renew online and receive a digital membership card with a QR code, and documents and deadlines are tracked. Minutes are generated automatically, members can vote online, and a volunteer register lets volunteers log their own hours, which the accounts record as an imputed cost. It produces the Modello B and D statements required by the 2017 third-sector reform, and a developer API connects tools such as MailChimp and MailerLite.

Localised features

Article 13 D.Lgs 117/2017-compliant rendiconto, financial statement, in both cash-basis, Modello D, and management-basis, Modello B, statutory formats. Automatically categorises 5×1000 income, and records volunteer hours as an imputed cost, onere figurativo, within the statement.
