Functionality
MN program – Acción Social is the social-action version of MN program’s practice-management platform, for Spanish associations, foundations and NGOs (ONG). It adds caseload records, individual care plans, clinical assessment scales such as the Barthel Index, and workshop and room scheduling to shared tools for document management, e-signature, email and WhatsApp communication, invoicing, accounting, automated Spanish tax filing, and time and attendance. Planning and control tools and integrations are also included.
Localised features
Automated Modelo 347/303/130 tax returns and TicketBAI e-invoicing, a Basque Country e-invoicing requirement. Includes Barthel Index clinical assessment and data-protection language framed around LOPD, Spain’s earlier data-protection law.
Implementation model
Delivered by the vendor under its own ‘five guarantees’ program: full data migration, unlimited setup and training with a dedicated advisor, and unlimited ongoing support.
Hosting
Hosted by the vendor in Spain on Microsoft SQL Server, and used mainly through a desktop client, Mnclient, with web and mobile access also available.
