Functionality
Foreningsstyring is a browser-based ‘all-in-one’ system positioned explicitly to replace a typical patchwork of spreadsheets, manual MobilePay collection, separate bookkeeping software and mail/form tools. It offers automated per-member-type dues billing with configurable arrears-reminder intervals by email/SMS, and a named digital-AGM module covering voting, proxies and minutes for members who can’t attend in person. Board tools cover meeting scheduling, tasks, document archive and decision log, plus free ticket sales with an offline-capable browser-based door scanner and QR-coded PDF tickets, and recurring/automatic card-payment billing for dues.
Localised features
Data is stored on Danish servers under a standard data-processing agreement, and dues are collected through MobilePay. Data can be imported from Conventus, Holdsport, Klubmodul, ForeningLet and Unioo.

Self-service, with a 14-day trial and import-based onboarding that takes under an hour.
