Elvanto

Organisation & background

Elvanto was built in Australia, on the Gold Coast, and is owned by the US company Tithe.ly following a merger. It continues as a separate product rather than being folded into Tithe.ly’s own church-management offering.

Functionality

Elvanto is a cloud church management system whose people database groups individuals and families, with as many access permission levels as a church needs and support for multiple locations. It includes child check-in, service planning and volunteer rostering, financial reporting with batching and donor statements, and email and SMS messaging through partner providers. Giving and donation processing run through Tithe.ly, with giving data synced back into Elvanto.

Localised features

Tracks tax-deductible giving natively and can print donor receipts in seconds. The interface is progressively translated into additional languages beyond English, with date and time display adapting to the user’s timezone.

Implementation model

Delivered directly by the vendor through a migration-led onboarding process: an Onboarding Team runs a three-step Build, Learn, Launch programme, with migration guides for at least four competing platforms.

Hosting

Cloud-hosted by the vendor, with servers in Australia, Europe and the US; GDPR-compliant for EU clients.
